Your Contribution as a Customer Advisor

We are looking for someone who, together with motivated and competent colleagues, wants to work in a climate-smart way and contribute to the development of the Sundsvall region. You will work with regular customer service tasks through daily customer contacts via incoming and outgoing calls, physical visits, and sales assignments. The position is at Blåberget with tasks including weighing waste.

As a Customer Advisor, you will also be responsible for:

• Contacts via the company's digital channels such as Facebook, Messenger, and email
• Certain technical troubleshooting
• Basic invoice management
• Working towards the company's and your own department/unit's goals
• Sales & support is also responsible for staffing at the weighing stations at Blåberget and Korstaverket according to schedule.

The positions report directly to the Unit Manager of Sales & Support, which is part of the Customer and Market Operations area.

Your Skills and Experience

Education

You have completed a high school education.

Preferred Education

Sales and service program.

Experience

A few years of professional experience in customer service.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience with sales assignments.

Other Requirements and Qualities

You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, you are flexible, service-oriented, and driven, with a goal-oriented, engaged, and structured working method. You are meticulous, cost- and quality-conscious, communicative, and attentive, and have good collaborative skills that contribute to positive relationships.
