About the Company
At Clockwork, we are now looking for customer center employees for our client in central Sundsvall. We are looking for someone who wants a varied job with great opportunities for personal development and where you can work together in a positive team environment. As a customer center employee, you are the company's face to the outside world. This means a broad and interesting role for those who want an exciting job and want to contribute to social and economic sustainability.
Your Responsibilities
We communicate with our customers via phone, email, chat, and in our reception. Each interaction is unique and professional regardless of how we are contacted. The job involves receiving incoming calls where you respond to various inquiries, provide information, and handle error reports.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and work experience in customer service or switchboard. You need to feel comfortable using digital tools and you handle the Office suite. You have good communication skills to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Other language skills are a plus. We offer an independent working style with great personal responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues within the department and with colleagues in other departments. You feel secure in the customer service role and enjoy providing exceptional service to our customers. The workday can change quickly, and you may need to reorganize and prioritize tasks; you need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work in a smaller, close-knit team that is committed to efficiently developing the work together, where we want you to contribute to the ongoing digital development that we are passionate about and proud of. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
