Mister York is a growing burger chain that challenges the industry by offering what we call the new generation of fast food. We believe that a burger made from quality ingredients shouldn't cost a fortune, and it shouldn't take long to get it in your hands.

Mister York served its first burger in the summer of 2020 from a food truck. Today, we are opening full-scale fast food restaurants while continuing to develop our smaller container houses. Mister York has been named Sweden's best burger chain for 3 consecutive years by burgerdudes, something we are very proud of!

What does the role of Shift Leader at Mister York entail? A Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations are run according to Mister York's routines to achieve set KPIs and that the restaurant meets established sales forecasts during the shift. Together with Managers and other Shift Leaders, you are part of the restaurant's management team. You will be responsible for staff, food safety, and following Mister York's standards to meet the goals and requirements set by Mister York.

As a Shift Leader, you lead shifts where you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operations. The tasks include the following:

• Lead shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks

• Routine reporting to the Manager

• Spreading energy and joy to employees who pass it on to guests

• Coaching employees

• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers

• Purchasing goods

• Training new employees

• Responsible for self-control programs, checklists, and ensuring that routines are followed

A Shift Leader has full responsibility for the results of the unit during their shift. The results include customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality.

POSITION

Employment type: Probationary employment

Employment scope: 50-70%

Start date: By agreement

Salary type: Hourly wage

Working hours: Varying; day, evening, and weekend.

Mister York is affiliated with a collective agreement.
