We are looking for a Process Engineer who is passionate about technology, efficiency, and sustainability. With us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production facilities operate with high availability and in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner.

About the Job

As a Process Engineer, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor the operation of our production facilities. You will troubleshoot operational deviations, optimize operating strategies, and drive continuous improvement efforts. The role also involves participating in projects, feasibility studies, and new or renovation of facilities. You will work both strategically and practically, focusing on availability, economy, and the environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the operation and supervision of production facilities.
  • Collaborate with various operational units and optimize operating strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and establish routines, checklists, and instructions.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone with a university degree in energy technology or a related field. You preferably have experience from energy facilities and/or the process industry. To succeed in this role, you have a strong interest in energy production and technical development. You are proactive, work independently, and possess good collaboration skills combined with a pronounced service mindset.
