Your Mission

As a property manager with us, your mission is to ensure that the management of the municipality's properties is conducted in a quality-assured and cost-effective manner.

The property manager is responsible for the results of the properties and must monitor the income side through effective space planning and the cost side through long-term and cost-effective management of the portfolio. The work is both operational and strategic, focusing on proactive collaboration with other functions within the unit through environmental monitoring to develop the property department's area of operation.

Your main tasks include:

  • Financial follow-up and budget responsibility for your properties.
  • Responsibility for operation and energy optimization of the properties.
  • Tenant contacts and management of lease agreements and legal issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, agreements, and regulations in the property area.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking a holistic approach and has a good ability to see how different factors interact.

  • Relevant education in property management, property economics, or equivalent, preferably from a vocational school or university.
  • Experience in similar work, preferably in both technical and economic management.
  • Interest in technology, IT, and digitization.
  • Personal qualities: You are service-oriented, structured, problem-solving, and have an easy time collaborating with others.

Good knowledge of property law and procurement is an advantage.

A B driver's license is required as travel within the municipality occurs. Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
