Your Mission

To ensure that our operations have appropriate and sustainable premises over time, we are now looking for an engaged and driven premises coordinator.

This is a central role where you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally with the municipality's property portfolio. As a premises coordinator, you will be part of the Property Unit and play a key role in ensuring that the municipality's premises needs are met in the best possible way. You will be the link between the operations, property managers, municipal companies, and external landlords.

Your main tasks include:

  • Overall planning and coordination of the municipality's long- and short-term premises needs.
  • Supporting the sectors' operations in all premises-related issues.
  • Participating in and leading premises projects, such as premises adaptations, relocations, and evacuations.
  • Budgeting and forecasting related to overall premises costs.
  • Developing and implementing the municipality's premises supply processes.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone with a solid interest in both people and properties, as well as a high understanding of premises supply issues. You are flexible, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a team player who builds trusting relationships.

  • Relevant higher education (preferably in property management, urban planning, or similar) or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer.
  • Several years of experience in premises coordination, property management, or similar roles, preferably within a municipal or politically governed organization.
  • Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

A driving license (B) is required as travel within the municipality is involved. Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish is essential.
