Job Responsibilities

Your upcoming work in elderly care is an important and rewarding job that involves both individual work and collaboration with colleagues. Some of the tasks included in the job are:

• Meeting the individual user's basic and specific care and nursing needs.
• Addressing users' social, cultural, physical, and mental needs.
• Being a care contact.
• Writing implementation plans and social documentation.

Your main focus will be on the daily care and support of the elderly and their individual needs. This work will be done in collaboration with colleagues from various professions such as nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care managers, and together you will provide services that contribute to the well-being of the elderly.

We are now looking for two new colleagues, one with a 75% workload and another with a 100% workload.

The home care group consists of about 40 employees, and in our operations, we adopt a salutogenic approach in our services. The assignment is primarily governed by the Social Services Act (SoL), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice, as well as municipal governing documents.

Qualifications

We are now looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant and have a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare allowing you to use the protected title of nursing assistant.
• Have previous experience in care and support.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Master Swedish well in both spoken and written form as there will be contact with care recipients, relatives, healthcare, and documentation.

We also prefer that you, as an applicant, have digital skills and an interest in digital tools as you will be using both a mobile phone and a computer in your daily work. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in Combine and/or Medvind.
