A day in the life with us! The position is part of our Lean & Quality department consisting of 9 employees. The department's task is to support other departments with quality expertise so that our products meet established quality requirements. The work involves supporting employees for increased quality focus, driving the development of preventive quality work to reduce quality deficiency costs, ensuring that documentation requirements are met, and that updates are handled correctly. The department supports production by analyzing and developing manufacturing processes and identifying root causes of quality and efficiency problems by driving improvement projects according to Six Sigma/Lean. The work also includes working with metrics (KPIs), process mapping, and data-driven analysis.
