Production Manager at AMB

Your Role with Us

As a production manager, you are a central part of our daily operations and lead a team of about 20 employees in a two-shift operation. You are responsible for creating structure, clear goals, and good conditions for production to function efficiently, stably, and with high quality - even when you are not on site.

You will work closely with other production managers and report directly to the Production Manager. Together, you will drive the development of production with a focus on improvements, working environment, and long-term competitiveness.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Set goals for the department, follow up on results, and actively work with key performance indicators
• Lead, develop, and engage employees as well as be responsible for staffing and skills development
• Drive continuous improvements through Lean, standardized working methods, and clear processes
• Ensure that production is conducted according to our requirements for quality, working environment, and environment
• Contribute to developing the business in line with the company's long-term strategy and sustainability goals

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing industry who thrives in a leadership role with responsibility for both people and results. You work in a structured manner, are confident in your decision-making, and are used to following up on operations using data and key performance indicators. You have the ability to create engagement in your team while driving the work forward with clarity and focus.

Whether you are an established leader or at the beginning of your management journey, you are:

• Stable and clear in your leadership
• Solution-oriented and development-driven
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing in everyday life

You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office), are comfortable using digital tracking tools, and are proficient in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. A technical background or post-secondary education is an advantage.
