Service and Property Technician, Karlshamn/Kalmar

About the Position

As a Service and Property Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repairs of our customers' properties and fuel facilities. The role combines independent work with close teamwork, where you ensure high quality and good service in every assignment. With us, you will have a varied daily routine where problem-solving, customer contact, and technical tasks go hand in hand.

Soreto has extensive experience in service and maintenance assignments within properties and fuel facilities. Our assignments require broad technical understanding and versatile competence in several areas. As we grow, we are expanding our business within property-related services such as operation, maintenance, property management, service tasks, and renovations.

Main Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of service tasks
• Troubleshooting and repair of technical systems (electricity, HVAC, ventilation, etc.)
• Patrolling and supervision of property and fuel facilities
• Customer contact and documentation of completed work in our digital systems

Profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, loyal, and structured, with a technical interest and an eye for detail. You thrive in a varied daily routine and switch effortlessly between different tasks. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have a genuine interest in delivering high quality to our customers.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in service, technology, and property management/maintenance
• Relevant education in areas such as HVAC, electrical, control, and regulation technology or similar
• Ability to work service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented
• Driver's license B required; BE, lift license, electrical authorization, SPT certification, and hot work certification are advantageous
• Computer literacy and ability to work in digital systems
