We are now looking for engaged and driven nurses who want to work this summer to strengthen our team!

As a nurse in Östhammar Municipality, you will play an important role in improving the lives of our residents. Home care provides care and support in patients' own homes, special accommodations, and LSS activities, where we strive to provide safe and secure care. You will work closely with both patients and their relatives and collaborate in teams to provide the best possible care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you have a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents in Östhammar Municipality, doing this in collaboration with colleagues, patients, and relatives. Your main tasks include:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating medical assessments and treatments.
• Providing high-quality care and coordinating care efforts with other providers and relatives.
• Participating in care planning and development work to improve care quality.
• Supervising, delegating, and supporting nursing staff.
• Performing medical procedures such as wound dressings, injections, sampling, palliative care, and medication management.

We offer an independent job that is both varied and developing, in a supportive work team with a good community. There is also the possibility of extending the temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has good documentation skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience from similar work. The same applies if you have experience with the Viva journal systems.

As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily to new circumstances. To ensure care of the highest quality, we prefer that you are responsible and recognize the value of supportive collaboration with your colleagues, relatives, and patients. Finally, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
