Within the Health and Care Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees essentially have a full-time position. We are now looking for a nurse for LSS, part-time position until the end of August.

Our workplace is located at Fyrisborgsgatan 1, from where we conduct home visits in group homes and service housing. Here, the licensed staff of the care committee is located on the same floor. The shared facilities provide unique opportunities for collaboration, contacts, support, and development work both within and between professions. The shared space and proximity to colleagues facilitate meetings in professional groups, various workgroups, and for joint development/training.

Job Description

As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing your skills, knowledge, and commitment with the patient at the center. Your role will involve working with a variety of tasks within your area. In your work as a nurse, you will be involved in assessments, treatment, and guidance to nursing staff in group homes/service housing within LSS.

Your more specific tasks will include:

  • performing health and medical services and evaluating treatment results.
  • prescribing care
  • guiding and delegating health and medical tasks to nursing staff.
  • medication management
  • participating in team collaboration around patients

As a nurse, you will plan your days according to patients' needs and work in a team with other nursing colleagues, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the operations manager. There is strong support within the group. Our ambition is that you, together with us, develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse. We also see that you have worked for at least two years as a nurse, and it is advantageous if that experience is from municipal home care. The work requires that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form. Additionally, you need a B driver's license as the work may require you to travel by car.

As a person, we see that you are independent and flexible. You will have a large network of contacts, which means you will need to collaborate with various people. Furthermore, you have the ability to understand a situation to gain insight into the user's situation in order to provide the best help.
