About the Company

OMC Barbecues is a Canadian family-owned business since 1906, manufacturing Broil King® grills and accessories. The company has factories in Canada and the USA. The Nordic organization has its headquarters and warehouse in Kungsängen and is responsible for distribution in all 5 Nordic countries as well as Estonia.

We are now looking for a customer service representative with a sense of order and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment during the grilling season. The position is part-time for 6 months.

The role at Broil King Nordic includes:

• The main tasks are order management and invoicing. In addition, customer service inquiries and problem-solving for our retailers regarding their orders and issues will be included.
• The role also involves assisting colleagues with various tasks.

• Understand the importance of order in administration and find joy in contributing to satisfied customers and employees.
• Enjoy working in a company where the team is intentionally smaller in number, but where values such as cohesion, collaboration, personal responsibility, and a fast pace are even more important.

Your profile:

• Post-secondary education is an asset but not a requirement. Knowledge of various business systems and strong computer skills are highly desirable.
• As a person, we believe you put the customer at the center and strive to deliver first-class service in all situations.
• To succeed in the role, you must have good computer skills and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Your English should be at a high verbal and written level, as communication with colleagues at the headquarters in Canada is a daily part of the job.

Your background:

We believe you have previous experience in customer service positions or administrative tasks, preferably within trade and distribution.

Employment type, scope, location

The employment is seasonal and part-time at our Nordic headquarters in Kungsängen. The position is 100% based at the headquarters (not remote).
