Join Our Client's Customer Service Team

An agile company in the insurance industry, located in newly renovated premises in Södermalm. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop in a customer-oriented role where simple, curious, and personal dialogue is at the forefront.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time, with an immediate start and runs until August with a chance of extension.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. Read more about our consulting offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will have a central function in the daily operations. You will work closely with customers and advisors and be responsible for service and administration that creates direct value. The emphasis of the role is primarily on telephone service, combined with insurance administrative tasks.

Your tasks will include:

  • Managing insurance administration such as new contracts, notifications, changes, and payments
  • Handling calls and emails to and from customers
  • Working with the onboarding and offboarding of insurances
  • Monitoring and managing power of attorney responses from advisors
  • Ensuring good service and contributing to efficient workflows

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
  • Is comfortable using the phone as the primary work tool
  • Is confident in written communication
  • Has good computer and system skills
  • Has work experience in service

It is a merit if you:

  • Have knowledge of Lumera (an insurance handling system)
  • Have experience in a similar role
