We are now looking for a driven, engaged, and business-minded leader for our store in Mall of Scandinavia.

In this role, you will report to and closely collaborate with the Flying Store Manager regarding the store's performance, team development, and customer experience.

You play a key role in our mission to help all women feel comfortable and beautiful in our underwear, regardless of size.

What does the role entail?

As a 2nd Store Manager, you are an important part of ensuring the store's daily success. You coach, lead, and develop the team to achieve both individual and collective goals – and you lead by example in customer interactions.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Sales responsibility and daily tracking of KPIs

• Leading and coaching the team

• Working with sales training and feedback to develop the team in service and sales

• Staff planning and optimal scheduling according to hourly budget

• Ensuring an inspiring and sales-driven store environment

• Responsibility for administrative tasks and meeting deadlines

You report to the Flying Store Manager, who has ultimate responsibility for the store but is also there to support and develop you in your new role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and a service-oriented salesperson – with energy, presence, and clear ambitions.

• Have previous experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role

• Are structured and business-minded, with experience working towards set goals

• Love sales and leading a team to achieve set goals

• Are passionate about creating results through others and enjoy coaching teams, setting expectations, and fostering engagement

• Are positive, attentive, and have the ability to help people grow

• Are a sales-oriented leader who loves being out in the store with customers and staff

• Are service-minded with a keen sense of customer interactions and can create a sense of security in a personal shopping experience
