About the position: 

We are looking for someone who can work as a substitute. You will actively work according to clearly established routines both in our client's home and during activities. A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility are essential here.

We prefer that you have experience in healthcare and social services, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. The client/representative chooses their assistants, and personality is highly valued.

The security between you and the client, as well as in your tasks, is ensured through introductory sessions.

About the client:

- I am a 45-year-old woman living in my own apartment in Falun. I have an autistic developmental disorder, Dysphasia, and Epilepsy. I need your help with everything related to my daily life. My mood can change quickly, and it is important that you can handle my personality. We communicate using pictures/picture schedules and some signs. In addition to my routines at home, I would like you to take me for walks, take me to the stable for my riding activities, visit acquaintances, or have coffee in town. When I am home, I enjoy watching a TV series. When you work with me, I need your full focus.

To work well with our client, you need to have qualities such as being attentive, patient, able to tolerate loud noises, able to collaborate, and have a sense of consequence.

Schedule: 

Day shifts. 

Desired qualifications: 

- It is an advantage but not a requirement that you have experience in healthcare and social services, preferably as a personal assistant. You will receive necessary training on-site with the client. 

Requirements: 

- Good Swedish in speech and writing

- B driver's license

- Access to your own car.
