About the Organization

Pysslingen Preschools Solna consists of three preschools that are part of the same management team. These three preschools collaborate closely and enjoy being near each other and working towards a team spirit! Right now, we need to strengthen the team with a preschool teacher for 100% (temporary employment from 9/2 to 30/6).

For us, it is important that our values permeate the entire organization, and we actively focus on enhancing learning in all everyday situations. Planned teaching sessions are mixed with spontaneous exploration and learning throughout the day. We encourage group divisions and a clear structure where everyone knows what to do and when. Contact with guardians is important, and we ensure that everyone feels seen and welcome. We work with goal-oriented processes and high expectations, combined with a joyful approach. About the Position

Qualifications for the Preschool Teacher Position

To succeed in the role of preschool teacher with us, you are expected to be/do:

• Have a preschool teacher education
• Experience in onboarding and good ability to communicate with guardians
• Have experience in the profession
• Be well-versed in and understand the curriculum's goals and have good knowledge of the various parts of the work.
• Have the ability to use digital tools in the profession
• Can express oneself well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Be calm, patient, and have a good demeanor
• Be adaptable and a good team player
• Be creative, constructive, and contribute to planning where all children have the opportunity to succeed
• Have a good ability to lead a group of children, take initiative, collaborate, and actively contribute to collegial learning.
• Give and receive feedback constructively.
• Focus on the assignment, have strong drive, commitment, and high work ethic
• Provide good, conscious, and qualitative care.
• Participate in teaching and maintain documentation and reflection.
• Conduct onboarding, development discussions, and parent meetings.
• Utilize all children's competencies and employ various approaches to achieve the goals set by governing documents.
• Have a good relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues and take responsibility for ensuring that everyone feels safe at preschool.
