At Upgrades, you will work with varied assignments in language teaching and become part of our fantastic team of language coaches. You work independently but always have our team behind you.

About the assignments at Upgrades

As a language coach at Upgrades, you independently plan the teaching based on the client's needs and level.

The work is assignment-based and varies depending on level, number of participants, and requests for day, place, and time.

Our assignments last between 10–20 weeks, with 1–2 lessons per week, 60–90 minutes per session. We provide books and inspiration for lesson planning.

Your profile

You have confidence in your own abilities and enjoy a varied job where you independently plan the teaching according to the participant's needs. You have a good ability to motivate and inspire others.

Requirements for this assignment

• Fluent in French at a very advanced level (C2.2), both spoken and written
• At least 2 years of experience teaching adults in French
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language and a good understanding of Swedish society
• Experience in tailored lesson planning
• Experience in handling digital resources in teaching
• Good knowledge of and understanding of the democratic system in Sweden
• Knowledge of intercultural competence/communication

Meritorious

• Familiarity with or experience of the CEFR scale
• It is meritorious if you have education in pedagogy and/or language teaching, but it is not a requirement
