Victor is a cheerful and very social 16-year-old boy looking for a personal assistant for walks, play, and general support in daily life. Victor has an intellectual disability and autism with very limited speech but understands most things. Victor loves to ride in the car, go to the playground, and throw a ball. He also enjoys music and just hanging out in front of the TV. A new favorite is bowling.

Victor walks well but usually uses a wheelchair for longer walks. During the weekdays, he spends time at a special needs school. He lives in a villa in Bromma with his family, consisting of his mom, dad, three siblings, and a small dog.

Important for this position:

• that you communicate with me on my terms.
• that you can adapt your working methods according to my needs.

We are looking for a person who wants to work every other weekend (10 AM - 6 PM) and about 2 evenings a week (5 PM - 9 PM). Additionally, during school holidays (especially summer).

Other:

• Good assistance cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers wellness benefits of up to 4000 SEK/year.
• We will want to see a copy of your passport (SV) or residence card (EU) or residence and work permit/LMA card (outside EU).
• According to the law on background checks, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment. You will need to order the extract yourself, preferably before the interview.
