We support and help people, mainly elderly individuals, in their own homes. Your tasks include care and support for our users based on their individual needs. Everything from service tasks such as cleaning and laundry to personal care. You will perform delegated health and medical care tasks, document according to the Social Services Act, and collaborate closely with your colleagues to develop the operations. Our goal is for users to be able to live independently, actively, and meaningfully. You are an important piece of this puzzle. You also build good relationships with relatives, licensed personnel, and other important contacts for the user. The work also includes palliative care in the final stages of life and work with dementia care. Together we are responsible for providing home care of the highest quality.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have experience in care and social services or home care. The job involves using a bicycle as a means of transport to visit our users, so you need to be able to cycle year-round.
