Personal Assistant Wanted

Do you like music, fun, and video games? Are you also social, responsible, and structured? Then you might be the perfect fit as my new personal assistant!

I am a 16-year-old boy living in Hässelby who enjoys bowling and music. I am currently looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility and is organized. If you also have a good sense of humor and a touch of seriousness, that's a plus. I communicate using words, facial expressions, and gestures, so I would appreciate it if you have previous experience with alternative communication. You also need to be proficient in Swedish so we can understand each other.

It is important that you are smoke-free. You also need to have good physical fitness to assist me with transfers. Previous experience working with children is an advantage.

You will assist me with all my basic needs such as eating, maintaining my hygiene, moving between different places, and communicating. The job with me also involves assisting me in school and accompanying me on outings and activities.

About the Position

The position is 75% and the working hours are spread throughout the day. Paid staffing responsibility is included in the position. Individual salary setting. Agreement Fremia/Kommunal.

Wellness allowance. A criminal record extract is required (you can request this free of charge from the police website www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se) - LSS children with disabilities).

You will be employed by Assistans i Balans i Sverige AB, which means you will receive close and personal supervision, guidance, and a good introduction.
