We are looking for a “Food Truck Manager”.

Åleds Pizzeria AB is growing every year and is currently in an exciting phase of development.

The expansion is happening rapidly, and we are focusing on developing the business on a broader front.

Therefore, we are now looking for a driven, business-oriented, and responsible “food truck manager” who wants to take the next step with us.

About the position

As a “food truck manager”, you will have overall responsibility for our cart and its operations. The role is broad and suits you who thrive on responsibility, pace, and variety. You will work both operationally and commercially – from daily operations to booking and executing events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the cart

• Plan, prepare, and bake pizza

• Book, coordinate, and execute events

• Maintain contact with customers and partners

• Ensure quality, service, and profitability

• Be flexible and available based on the needs of the business

We are looking for someone who

• Is driven, self-sufficient, and business-oriented

• Has strong skills required in pizza baking.

• Thrives on responsibility and working in a fast-paced environment

• Is solution-oriented and has a professional demeanor

• Is flexible regarding working hours and tasks

• Has good organizational skills and enjoys customer contact

• A valid driver's license (B) is required, as travel is part of the job.

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in restaurants, food trucks, catering, or events is an advantage, but the right attitude and commitment are most important.
