As a head waiter at Pool Club & Kellys, you will be a central figure in our service delivery and an important link between guests, service teams, and management. You are responsible for creating a warm, playful, and professional atmosphere where guests feel seen and want to stay. The role is hands-on and requires you to both lead and work alongside your team in a dynamic environment by the pool and in bar and restaurant areas.

You will ensure a high level of service, drive sales through active presence, and coach the team to deliver consistent quality. We value initiative, good judgment, and a desire to create unique experiences – every day.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the service & bar team during daily operations and events to ensure first-class guest service

• Plan and organize workflow in the pool and restaurant areas to optimize guest experience and efficiency

• Be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating transitions between areas

• Actively work with sales and upselling, recommending drinks, menus, and experiences

• Introduce and train new employees in routines, service standards, and product knowledge

• Manage guest relations and resolve complaints quickly, professionally, and personally

• Collaborate closely with the bar manager, restaurant manager, and kitchen to create seamless experiences

• Documented experience in a similar role within restaurants, bars, or hotels — experience from high-paced environments and events is a plus

• Confident and present leader who wants to coach, develop, and inspire their team

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus

• Structured and solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work schedule

• Service and sales-oriented — sees opportunities to exceed guest expectations

• Positive attitude, unpretentious, and used to working hands-on with colleagues

Position: 100% permanent, work every other weekend. The work is mainly scheduled for evenings and depends on the season, events, and hotel occupancy.
