During the summer, Hotel Tylösand goes into high gear.

About 500 employees work together to create unforgettable experiences for guests from all over the world.

The summer recruitment is now open and all seasonal positions are available for application.

RESTAURANT & BAR

At Hotel Tylösand, we offer everything from fun dining to tapas, sushi, after beach, and a vibrant nightclub scene. During the summer season, we open our four innovative restaurants in the top division: from classic Swedish dishes to grilled food, pizza, tapas, sushi, and seafood. We have after beach, nightclubs, large concerts, and events.

BARTENDER

We are looking for bartenders with a strong interest in service, drinks, and cocktails. You have worked as a bartender before, preferably in a cocktail bar or nightclub, and have relevant bartender training. You are positive, efficient, and enjoy working in a great team with a fast pace.

You will work in one of Hotel Tylösand's bars with everything from classic cocktails to nightclub or after beach. You must be at least 20 years old and the start date is ongoing during the spring. The positions are seasonal but there is a great chance for extension. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends. SERVICE STAFF

We are an awesome team that needs reinforcement. You are passionate about service, food, and drinks, want to give our guests that little extra, and feel like developing – because you will do that with us. We have four restaurants with different focuses: from sushi to tapas, pizza, and à la carte.

Through our unique working method, we can offer positions for both those with at least two years of professional experience and those with less experience who want to learn more. We will tell you more once you have submitted an application.

With us, you will sometimes work in a fast-paced environment in a great team and a setting with a fantastic view of the sea and beach, where world-class artists and top DJs keep the pace up.

You must be at least 18 years old and be proficient in both Swedish and English. The start date is ongoing – do not wait to send in your application.

DRESSING ROOM HOST/HOSTESS

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, in a structured manner, and loves service.

We prefer that you have worked in similar tasks before with good experience in buffet service.

You have a good understanding of allergens and enjoy presenting food to a small group.

The position involves contact with artists and event companies, ensuring pre-ordering of food and drinks, and keeping the dressing room clean and tidy.

BREAKFAST HOST/HOSTESS

We are looking for a morning person who wants to give our guests the best start to the day. We prefer that you have previously worked with similar tasks and that you are stress-resistant, positive, engaged, and loyal. We prefer that you are 18 years old unless you can convince us otherwise.

The start date is ongoing during the spring. The positions are seasonal and can vary in employment degree. Working hours include both weekdays and weekends, and there may be an opportunity for extension. Interviews will be conducted continuously.

RUNNER

As a Runner, you always want to learn more. You have a solid service mindset; you are the one who contributes helping hands – and feet – to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and after beach.

Here we are looking for someone who enjoys service, serving, clearing dishes, restocking bars, and working in a pleasant environment at a fast pace. If you do not have a lot of experience, you can still apply and develop. We have many exciting positions to offer because we have high demand in several restaurants, nightclubs, after beach, and concerts with well-known top artists, etc. We will tell you more in a potential interview.

DISHWASHER

We are looking for dishwashers with relevant work experience. You have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and are willing to assist across departments. You are used to taking responsibility, punctual, and flexible.

For us, it is important that all employees contribute to a positive work environment and a good service feeling, even behind the scenes. Therefore, we value good teamwork and a positive attitude. To thrive in the dish area, you need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be stress-resistant. You must be at least 18 years old, and the positions are seasonal and can vary in employment degree.

We operate 7 days a week, which means that shifts vary between morning, day, evening, and weekend. Interviews will be conducted continuously.
