We are now looking for new facility hosts to complement our team and contribute to a high-quality experience for our guests. You will be the extended arm of the reception and will be present among our resident guests, which include cabins, camping, hotels, and motels.

About the position: As a facility host, you will promote a welcoming and safe environment for our guests. You will be an important part of our operations, serving both guests and colleagues. The facility hosts are responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of our activity areas, sauna raft, and swimming facility. At our swimming facility 'Bad & Bastu', you will also welcome guests who have booked a hot tub.

Main responsibilities

• Serve our resident guests with excellent hospitality

• Maintenance and follow-up of the facility's standards

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure guest satisfaction

• Report and manage safety issues and perform general administrative tasks

• Support during events and special activities

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests

• Experience in service or customer-oriented roles is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and in a team

A valid driver's license (B) is required

You should be practical and handy as you will perform simple maintenance requests in accommodations and make an initial assessment before any possible forwarding to the property department.
