Gekås Ullared is looking for dedicated Receptionists for our accommodation receptions

Then the job as a receptionist with us might be for you! We are currently looking for receptionists for our accommodation receptions.

About the position As a receptionist with us, you will be one of the first our guests meet and thus an important part of creating a positive experience of their stay. Your tasks will include check-in and check-out, handling bookings, answering the phone, and providing information and service to our guests regarding both the accommodation and the department store and its surroundings.

Your mission:

• Hosting, service, and information for guests, on-site and via phone/email.

• Ensure a consistent and high level of service and quality for the guest.

• Check-in and check-out of guests.

• Upselling events and activities.

• Addressing and handling guest feedback and complaints.

• Working according to fire and safety routines (locks, alarms, and personal data).

• Collaborate and communicate with relevant individuals and units internally and externally.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is a positive and service-oriented person with a natural ability to make others happy. You are flexible, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm even in stressful situations. You have good computer skills, and experience working in a reception or in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

A driver's license (B) is required.

Working hours: Working hours are varied and can be scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Scope: Part-time

Duration: Employment during the spring/summer season with a chance of extension into the autumn.
