RECEPTIONIST

Do you have a passion for service, are you stress-resistant, enjoy working in a team, and meeting new people? Then being a receptionist might be the right job for you this summer.

As a receptionist at Hotel Tylösand, you will be available for the hotel’s guests and are passionate about providing world-class service.

Common tasks include check-in and check-out, lobby bar service, taking bookings, and a variety of other administrative tasks. We have clear routines that we follow, but each day is different, and the tasks vary greatly. In this role, you need to be proactive, cheerful, positive, solution-oriented, and have a strong passion for providing our guests with exceptional service.

Requirements for the position include previous work experience in service. You must speak and write Swedish and English fluently. We also expect you to have good teamwork skills and be stress-resistant. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the PMS Opera, Trivec, and WaiterAid programs and general knowledge about Hotel Tylösand.

ENTRANCE HOST

As an entrance host, you will meet many cheerful summer guests, where you will be the first person to welcome them to the hotel at the entrance to the hotel reception.

Your main tasks in the entrance will be to make the guest feel comfortable, welcome, and important, as well as ensuring that all guests receive world-class service and a positive first impression of Hotel Tylösand.

The working hours are mostly in the evenings and nights, but daytime shifts may also occur. To apply for the position, you need to be service-minded, social, meticulous, and have a bit of toughness. It is an advantage if you already have general knowledge about Hotel Tylösand's facilities, experiences, and entertainment, as well as knowledge about the surrounding area.

NIGHT PORTER

As a night porter at Hotel Tylösand, you will be available for the hotel’s guests and are passionate about providing world-class service. Common tasks include check-in and check-out, lobby bar service, taking bookings, and a variety of other administrative tasks. The work is primarily at night, but daytime work may also occur if needed.

We prefer that you have previous experience in night work. You must speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, confident, meticulous, and service-oriented, with satisfied guests as the focus. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the PMS Opera, Trivec, and WaiterAid programs.

CHILD CLUB HOST TUFFERS CLUB

Tuffers Club is Hotel Tylösand's children's club. During the summer season, the children's club offers a variety of fun activities every day for all our little hotel guests. To apply for the position as a children's club host at Tuffers Club, you need to have experience interacting with children. You have a strong sense of responsibility and can independently adapt and create activities suitable for the children depending on their age and number.

We have a Tuffers Club playroom, ping pong room, and other areas to create fun and exciting activities, both outdoors and indoors. We expect you to be inventive and creative and will do everything to ensure that the children visiting Hotel Tylösand have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The working hours are mainly during the day, but since we also offer private babysitting, evening shifts may also occur. As a children's host at Tuffers Club, we can offer you a very educational summer filled with laughter with our fantastic little hotel guests.
