Instructor/Receptionist Wanted at Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa

Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa is a hotel with many experiences and an exciting Asian spa. Here, a charming turn-of-the-century atmosphere blends with ancient influences from the East. We have a total of 178 hotel rooms, of which 66 are Boutique rooms, all decorated with a unique touch and individual decor. There is a large restaurant operation including an à la carte restaurant, several bars, bistro, and more. We also have 20 conference rooms, our own auditorium, and a magnificent banquet hall. We are now looking for a colleague as an instructor combined with receptionist/host for our wonderful team in our spa department, where you will enjoy a varied job in a unique environment.

About the Position

The tasks as an instructor/receptionist at Asia Spa are very varied. You will lead classes primarily in yoga in various forms, but also meditation and other variations. Our guests include both members who regularly train and participate in our classes at different levels of difficulty, as well as other guests visiting us for the day or a few nights.

As a receptionist, your duties include welcoming and taking care of our guests, maintaining the spa facility, managing our booking/cash system, and other routines.

About You

You are a yoga instructor with several years of experience leading classes and activity sessions, primarily yoga but also in other forms (please see our activity/class offerings). You have previous experience in reception work and/or similar service work and are accustomed to working under high pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. If you are also a trained masseur, that is a plus.

We put the guest first, so your sense of service is very important.

A large part of the job involves hosting and working at our spa reception, and we believe you have previously worked with service and guest contact - as well as being a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in the spa department and across our facility as a whole.
