Rosegarden is looking for kitchen assistants and chefs - Full-time

We are now looking for a responsible and positive kitchen staff member for our restaurant. With us, you will become an important part of the kitchen team where you, together with colleagues, prepare, cook, and ensure that guests receive a truly delicious and well-made meal – every time.

You do not need previous experience. Through our introduction and on-the-job training, we will teach you everything you need to succeed. The most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude, a desire to develop, and a sense of precision and pace in your work.

The position is full-time and includes work on both weekdays and weekends.

What does the role involve?

• Prepare and cook ingredients according to our routines and recipes
• Maintain good order and hygiene in the kitchen and prep stations
• Follow instructions and collaborate with the kitchen and serving team
• Wash dishes, clean, and contribute to the smooth operation of the entire kitchen
• Deliver food with high and consistent quality – even during busy shifts

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and sees opportunities rather than obstacles
• Is efficient, precise, and stress-resistant – even when the pace is high
• Enjoys working together in a team but also independently
• Is responsible and takes the job seriously – even with simpler tasks
• Communicates in Swedish, Chinese, or Cantonese
• Previous experience is not a requirement - training will be provided on-site
