At Hotel Tylösand, you don't have to choose between fun or fine dining. During the summer season, we open our four innovative and high-class restaurants offering everything from a magnificent symphony to sizzling rock’n’roll. All with a focus on locally sourced, flavorful, well-prepared ingredients of the highest quality.

Here are our four restaurants:

Restaurang Tylöhus – classic Swedish à la carte menu inspired by French cuisine, our way.

Bettans Bar - sushi, seafood, and Asian fusion where we create new artistic taste sensations guided by the Asian kitchen and the delicacies of the sea.

Leif’s Bar & Grill – high-quality grilled dishes influenced by the Mediterranean and exclusive stone-baked pizzas in a rustic and relaxed environment.

Titus Tapas – our version of the Spanish kitchen's most delicious small dishes with inspiration and flavors from around the world.

Do you want to work in this exciting and creative environment?

We are looking for chefs with relevant professional experience: sous chefs, à la carte chefs, responsible chefs for the kitchen window, grill chefs, breakfast chefs, sushi chefs, and pizza bakers.

A requirement for all positions is relevant work experience, quality awareness, and the ability to deliver at a high level in all situations. We see that you are stress-resistant, flexible, and of course have a genuine interest in cooking. You are meticulous, ambitious, positive, and have good teamwork skills. Experience in multicultural cooking, preferably in an international environment, is an advantage.

The positions include both temporary employment, permanent contracts, and extra work as needed. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends, and there are great opportunities for extension. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
