Tönnersjö Golf & Resort is a picturesque golf destination in southern Halland where golf, food, and community meet. Our golf course attracts guests from all over the country, and the restaurant is a natural meeting place for both golfers and external visitors.

About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible chef for a seasonal position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating holistic experiences for our guests through high-quality food and a professional approach.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes according to our menu.
  • Planning and developing the menu with consideration for efficient ingredient management.
  • Ensuring hygiene, self-control, and safety routines in the kitchen.
  • Actively contributing to the development of food experiences where taste, presentation, and sustainability are in focus.
  • Supporting colleagues in daily kitchen work for an efficient and professional workflow.
  • Close collaboration with the entire team at the facility.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working as a chef, preferably from a restaurant, golf restaurant, or large kitchen.
  • Has good knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and various dietary requirements.
  • Is self-driven, responsible, and structured in your work.
  • Can work under pressure while maintaining quality and a good mood.
  • Thrives in a team, communicates well, and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Is flexible and open to varying work hours, including evenings and weekends.
