In the role of Head Waiter at Falkenberg Strandbad, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience in our restaurant environments. You will lead and coach the service team, coordinate the daily operations in the dining room, and be present on the floor to create a welcoming, personal, and professional impression. Together with our team, you will work hands-on with service and drive sales through active and inclusive leadership.

• Lead and motivate the team during service to ensure the highest quality in guest interactions

• Plan, organize, and delegate tasks in the dining room

• Train and introduce new employees to routines, service, and products

• Work with active sales and constantly seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations

• Resolve challenges and handle complaints in a professional and personal manner

• Collaborate with the head chef, restaurant manager, and other departments for seamless operations

• Documented experience in service roles within hotels or restaurants

• Confident leader who coaches and inspires your team

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Ability to create structure and good routines even in a fast-paced environment

• Sees sales and service as a natural part of the workday

• We value both formal education and relevant work experience

Position: 100% permanent, work every other weekend. The work is mostly during breakfast and lunch, with occasional evenings.
