Restaurant Parasollen is looking for a dedicated and experienced chef. You will work in a professional kitchen where quality, hygiene, and collaboration are the focus. The position is full-time and suits those who are responsible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and cooking of dishes according to the menu and recipes.
Ensuring high quality, taste, and food safety in the kitchen.
Planning of ingredients and daily kitchen work.
Collaboration with other kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
Documented experience as a chef.
Knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.
The ability to work both independently and in a team.
Stress-resistant, meticulous, and responsible.
Employment Conditions:
Extent: 100% (full-time).
Working hours: According to the schedule, day, evening, and weekend work may occur.
All employment conditions are in line with what is customary in the restaurant industry in Sweden.
