This spring 2026 (April), ChopChop is coming to Alingsås and we are looking for our next star 🤩 An engaged and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager for our fast-growing chain – ChopChop! As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are a key person in our management team. Together with the restaurant manager, you lead the daily operations and motivate the team to achieve both high goals and great job satisfaction. You will work closely with our guests and colleagues to ensure that we deliver on our three guiding principles every day: Good. Fast. Simple.

ChopChop is Europe’s first Asian drive-thru, founded in 2011. Today we are located at 43 places across Sweden – and more are coming! We offer our guests delicious food made from high-quality ingredients, and an experience that goes beyond the ordinary fast food.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are an important part of the team and work closely with the restaurant manager to help both people and results grow. You lead the daily work, plan schedules, and ensure that both guests and colleagues are happy. With a focus on service, quality, and job satisfaction, you keep the restaurant at its best – every day!

Together with the team, you will drive this:

• Drive the restaurant towards set goals through clear action plans.
• Lead the team in daily operations and be a role model in both service and job satisfaction.
• Plan staff, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure a high level of customer interaction and service.
• Be responsible for routines regarding quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance.
• Contribute to local marketing and sales activities.
• Actively follow up on results and drive improvements.

You are a natural leader with at least one to two years of experience in personnel responsibility, preferably in the restaurant or service industry. In your role, you enjoy taking responsibility, making your own decisions, and truly influencing results. You are structured, solution-focused, and have a strong drive to work towards clear goals. Your positive energy is contagious, and you have the ability to motivate and inspire others to do their best. Since we operate in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment, it is also important that you have previous experience from the restaurant or service industry – we see this as a basic requirement.
