About the position

As a property caretaker/caretaker at our high school, you will play a central role in the daily operation and maintenance of our facilities and outdoor areas. The position is a temporary assignment starting immediately and will last for an agreed period.

Your responsibilities

• Supervision and maintenance of the school's premises and equipment.
• Maintenance of the school's properties and outdoor environment, including snow removal and sanding.
• Minor repairs and practical solutions to ensure a functioning operation.
• Contact with suppliers and partners as needed.
• Contribute to the working environment and safety at the school through regular inspections and actions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong drive who enjoys taking initiative. You are a problem solver who is not afraid to get hands-on and is meticulous in your work. Your flexibility and positive attitude make you a valued team member at the school.

Requirements:

• Driver's license for a tractor (needed for snow removal and sanding).
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in practical work and property maintenance is an advantage.
