Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our customers, both remotely and on-site
• Perform service and maintenance on our products, which consist of winding connectors and bushings
• Support new customers during the installation of our products
• The role requires flexibility, as the work is divided with 50% in the office and 50% at our customers' locations
• You are an ambassador for Hitachi Energy towards the customer
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values regarding safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while also feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business

Your background

• You are passionate about problem-solving and have a genuine interest in helping our customers
• We see that you are engaged and curious, and enjoy working both in teams and independently
• To be successful in the role, we see that you are quality-focused and have good communication skills
• Experience from the industry is an advantage
• You have good computer skills and are proficient in the common programs in the Office suite
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
