Operations Technician with a focus on adjustment and energy optimization.

As an operations technician, you will be part of a team responsible for several properties and their operational systems. In this role, you will primarily work with adjustment and energy optimization.

You should have a sense of and interest in heating and ventilation systems, as well as the ability to read and understand instructions and documentation related to these. The role includes energy supervision, reporting, follow-up, analyzing outcomes from statistical programs, actively working to reduce consumption, and also collaborating closely with the company's energy controller.

On-call duty and certain practical tasks may occur, such as handling fault reports, rounds, repairs, maintenance work, and filter changes.

Other requirements

• Minimum high school education or other training/experience that we consider equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.
• Driving license B.
