About the position

The role of maintenance mechanic involves maintaining and improving the operational reliability of the unit's production equipment through detailed mechanical maintenance on items such as pumps and valves. This includes creating preventive maintenance through structure and planning. You will work with daily operations in accordance with standardized working methods, independently plan the execution of assigned work orders, and report on these. You are responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are performed professionally, developing FU instructions, and establishing and revising documentation. Additionally, you will participate in the unit's LEAN work and improvement efforts.

Who are you?

You have a strong technical understanding and have worked for several years with similar tasks in an industrial environment. Your education should be at the high school level with a technical focus or you have equivalent knowledge through experience. We prefer that you have good knowledge and experience of working in projects and you have good skills in both Swedish and English. As a person, you have good collaboration skills, are stress-resistant, solution- and change-oriented, and used to a fast-paced environment. You are also communicative, driven, and team-oriented with a strong ability to make independent decisions.
