About the Company

We are now looking for a Service & Maintenance Technician for Mattsson Metal. Do you have a great technical interest? Are you driven, quality-oriented, and keen on providing good service? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Mattsson Metal is one of Northern Europe's leading contract manufacturers in the field of hot-pressed components of the highest quality. We are a privately owned company with a stable customer base primarily in the plumbing, electrical, and automotive industries. Within our units in Mora and Kungsör, we have about 100 employees and a turnover of 300 million SEK. We provide our customers access to the best the market can offer within our area of expertise. Your Responsibilities

As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you will closely collaborate with other colleagues both within and outside the department. You will therefore maintain a good service level and see the value in each other's differences, knowledge, and work roles. Our most important mission is to ensure that our facility has high availability and thereby minimize both quality and production disruptions. In the role of Maintenance Technician, you will work with maintenance and daily technical support of the company's manufacturing processes. You will work with preventive maintenance and systematic troubleshooting. You will also act as support in investment projects for new equipment.

Your Profile

You have previous experience in service and maintenance technology, which can be from the manufacturing industry, automotive industry, or similar. It is an advantage if you have education in industrial automation, electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics, or equivalent, but it is not a requirement. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and who is driven, quality-oriented, and keen on providing good service. You are structured and complete the tasks you undertake in a purposeful manner. Your way of working involves people and functions for collaboration in a way that helps build trust. We place great importance on your personal qualities! Shift work and on-call duty may occur.
