About Hjortviken Country Club

We opened our doors nearly a year ago and today offer two restaurants, 150 hotel rooms, six bars, a Pool Club, and an ambitious meeting and event operation. Here, everything from the small but vital meeting to grand parties, kick-offs, and anniversary dinners can take place.

Our vision is to create experiences that exceed expectations – every time.

About the role

As a bartender at Hjortviken, you do more than mix drinks – you create experiences. You are the hub of the bar, delivering taste, feeling, and service with a sense of touch. The pace is high, the atmosphere lively, and the details always important.

You thrive behind the bar, know your craft, and greet guests with warmth, personality, and confidence.

Your responsibilities

• Shake, mix, and serve cocktails with class and character

• Create an inviting atmosphere and memorable guest experiences

• Ensure the bar is organized, well-stocked, and ready

• Collaborate closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and event teams

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a bartender

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure

• Is passionate about service and meeting people

• Is creative, solution-oriented, and curious

• Knows the classics but dares to try new things

• Is a team player with good communication skills
