At Clarion Hotel Post, we are currently seeking an assistant kitchen manager for our banquet kitchen with a burning passion for cooking who wants to be part of our team, lead, and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As an important member of our kitchen staff, you will prepare delicious, high-quality dishes while contributing to menu development and ensuring that food is presented in the best possible way.

At Clarion, you are expected to enhance the quality of life for both your guests and your colleagues. You achieve this by remaining professional, optimistic, and attentive in everything you do.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes in accordance with established procedures, routines, and profit goals.
• Daily organization and planning for banquet lunch and dinner.
• Assist the head chef with control over daily operations in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Assisting with inventory tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.

This is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role includes varied shift work, including evenings and weekends.
