Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life, fully.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us where continuous improvements create the conditions for good quality.

The job responsibilities include personal care, case management tasks, and social and physical activities together with our residents.

We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a pleasant environment for our residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education related to the elderly and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and nursing is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required to communicate with residents, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.
