We are a wonderful team that supports each other and has fun at work.The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work variably with order preparation based on the needs of the business. This means you will meet customers via apoteket.se where you perform the pharmacological control of incoming orders. You will be located at our pharmacy and work for the e-pharmacy in Eskilstuna. This gives you the opportunity for professional development, variety, and flexibility in your work.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, or quality.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
