Orthopedic Department 15 is the unit for planned orthopedics, where patients are cared for who are to be operated on with hip, knee, and shoulder prostheses. No emergency services are conducted in the department, which is open from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon. The role includes surgical planning for scheduled surgeries and day surgeries.

We are now looking for an operations planner for the Orthopedics in Sollefteå. The position is a temporary contract for 3 months with a possible extension. The scope is 75% with immediate start.

Operations Planner for the Orthopedic Department, Sollefteå

You will be the cohesive link for planning surgeries, which involves administrative work such as:

• booking
• monitoring the waiting list for surgery
• being the contact person for patients to be operated on.

You will also collaborate with the other operations planners at the County Clinic in Örnsköldsvik and Sundsvall.

We prefer that you have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and manage various IT systems, such as System Cross, Orbit, and Cosmic.

We are looking for someone who

• is a licensed nurse or has other experience that creates good conditions for succeeding in the role
• has good computer skills
• has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• have work experience as an operations planner
