At the psychosis clinic, we are a specialist clinic for newly ill and first-time seekers with psychosis issues. We also have a follow-up and treatment responsibility for long-term sick individuals with primary psychotic disorders. We care for individuals aged 18 and older. Interventions are offered based on a needs-adapted approach with a family and network perspective. Person-centered care and treatment involve a high degree of flexible interventions, which means there is access to several treatment forms included in national guidelines as well as care and intervention programs.

At the psychosis clinic, doctors, nurses, treatment assistants, secretaries, occupational therapists, and psychologists work together. Many have, in addition to their basic profession, also psychotherapeutic competence. The workgroup is characterized by a good working climate with positive cohesion. We strive to be a versatile, balanced, and responsive workgroup characterized by collaboration, openness, and accessibility.

As a treatment assistant with us at the psychosis clinic, you will have an exciting and varied job with a high degree of independence in your work but also in close collaboration with other colleagues at the clinic. The work takes place either at the clinic or in the patient's home. The work is scheduled during daytime on weekdays. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

As a treatment assistant with us, your job responsibilities include:

• Being a fixed care contact
• Telephone counseling
• Patient education
• Annual follow-ups
• Documentation
• Sampling
• Contact sessions
• Home visits

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained treatment assistant or nursing assistant
• Has training in basic psychotherapy level 1 or alternatively 10 years of work experience in psychiatry
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you:

• Have work experience from psychiatric outpatient care or equivalent
• Have training in case management
