About the Workplace

Hammarby Sjöstads Husläkare is a well-established clinic with a calm and pleasant atmosphere that welcomes our patients.

Currently, we have approximately 12,900 registered patients, and our home care services cover between 30 and 40 patients. Job Responsibilities

You will work in a team with district nurses/nursing colleagues and the clinic's doctors in a fun, varied, challenging, and somewhat independent role. The work includes both home care and regular clinic work. The latter involves planned and acute patient visits, telephone advice, and counseling in our digital channel PTJ.

Qualifications

Licensed district nurse/nurse with previous experience in primary care and home care.

Additional Information
