Employment conditions:

Full-time is preferred, but part-time can be discussed. The employment is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Daytime, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to help build a stable group of doctors at a health center that is now looking ahead. You will step into an operation with 5,800 registered patients, well-functioning routines, and a very stable group of nurses and nursing assistants.

• Medical Leadership Responsibility (MLA): As MLA, you will be responsible for overarching medical issues, sit on the management team, and take part in Meliva's national medical council.
• Supervision & Mentorship: You will serve as a safe point for our younger colleagues and allocate time for supervision.
• Clinical focus: You will handle more advanced medical cases and work closely with our teams in diabetes, asthma/COPD, and home care.

Qualifications

We are looking for a humble and flexible colleague who is confident in their role.

• Requirements: Specialist in general medicine (or a geriatrician with primary care experience).
• Meritorious: At least 2 years of experience as a specialist. If you have an interest in chronic diseases or home care, that is a plus.
• Attributes: You are a team player who enjoys mentoring colleagues and developing workflows.
