Nurse at Optifit Health

Optifit Health is looking for a licensed nurse for a full-time position at our centrally located office in Stockholm. The role involves close collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high quality, patient safety, and individualized care throughout the patient process.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, follow-up, and documentation of patients according to established treatment plans
• Collaboration with doctors and a multidisciplinary care team
• Information, administration, and follow-up of medical treatments in accordance with applicable guidelines

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• At least three years of professional experience as a nurse
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner
• A professional, responsible, and patient-oriented approach
• Experience with the Webdoc journal system

Desirable

• Experience from outpatient care, primary care, and/or digital healthcare
• Competence in diabetes care
• Experience with patient contact via video and chat
