What are we looking for?

We are looking for skilled salespeople to our office in Barcelona. You will work with sales to existing private customers through outbound calls. We offer a fixed base salary and an attractive commission model with no cap.

We prefer that you have previous experience in sales and a drive to continue developing in the profession. We provide you with all the conditions to reach your full potential.

ONE Contact is an established call center that has been in Barcelona for over 18 years. We collaborate with some of Sweden's largest and most well-known brands. We have extensive experience in sales and are a growing company with offices in both Sweden and Spain. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to constantly elevate their sales skills. This is in a wonderful and eventful city with Europe's best nightlife.

As a salesperson at ONE Contact, you will:

• Sell telecom services for some of Sweden's largest brands
• Receive ongoing training to maximize your sales
• Have personal daily goals for those who enjoy short workdays
• Commission ladder with no cap for those who want to earn money

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a driven salesperson who enjoys competition
• Is motivated by working towards results and being able to influence their salary
• Is social, communicative, and enjoys a fast-paced environment
