We are looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about selling IT and Communication solutions!

Since 1997, Com7 has delivered communication solutions to small and large companies, always putting the customer at the center and building long-term relationships. Com7 is a member of Sweden's largest impartial chain for telephony and IT solutions for businesses, previously known as RingUp until 2025.

Elon acquired RingUp in 2022 and is now part of the Elon Group and a separate business unit known as Elon Business. Com7 is their largest member in terms of revenue and number of employees. Our own services, such as answering services, are sold throughout Elon Business.

Job Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at Com7, you will play a key role in the company's continued expansion. The role involves responsibility for the entire sales process – from booking meetings and understanding customer needs to delivering solutions that make a real difference.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating new customer relationships and developing existing ones.
  • Driving sales within the company's business areas: Telephony, IT, and Copy.
  • Working towards clear goals that challenge and motivate.
  • Being a central part of a team where your contributions are visible and appreciated.

This is a role for someone who enjoys a fast pace, builds relationships, and is driven by results.

Qualifications

To succeed as an Account Manager at Com7, the company is looking for someone with strong drive, a positive attitude, and a focus on results. The following qualifications are important:

  • Experience in B2B sales within telecom or a related industry.
  • Experience with the entire sales process – from booking meetings to closing deals.
  • Post-secondary education (at least two years).
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license (B).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge in Copy or financing services.
  • Good skills in MS Office.
